Introduction:

Welcome to H&H Premium. By accessing or using our services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms.

User Agreement:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using H&H Premium, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under the age of 18.

Account Security:

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their mobile number and any OTPs sent to it.
• Notify H&H Premium immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

Usage Restrictions:

• Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or repurposing any content or information from H&H Premium without our express permission.
• Any unauthorized or illegal use of the app can result in immediate termination of the user’s account.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

Limitation of Liability:

H&H Premium is not responsible for any harm or damages that may arise from the use or misuse of our service.

Privacy Policy

Collection of Information:

• When users register or log in, we collect their mobile numbers. This information is essential for sending the OTP for verification.
• We also gather data such as device information, IP address, and usage statistics.

Use of Information:

We use the collected data for various purposes: to provide and maintain the service, to notify users about changes to our service, to allow participation in interactive features of our service when users choose to do so, and to provide customer support.

Third-party Services:

• We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons: to facilitate our service, provide the service on our behalf, perform service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our service is used.
• These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Security:

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention:

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active, so that we can continue to provide the service to you and to your gym.

• Account and profile data (mobile number, name and profile details) is retained for the lifetime of your account.
• Membership, attendance, workout and payment records are retained for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as your gym or we are required to keep them in order to meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations under applicable Indian law.
• Device information, IP address and usage statistics are retained for up to 12 months and are used only for security, troubleshooting and improving the service.
• When you delete your account, your account is deactivated immediately and you lose all access to the service. Your associated records are marked as deleted and are no longer used to provide the service, but they are retained in our systems for legal, financial and dispute-resolution purposes for the periods described above. You may request permanent erasure of this remaining data at any time using the process below.

How to Delete Your Data:

You can delete your account and request erasure of your personal information at any time. There are two ways to do this:

• From within the app: open the app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account, then confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and your access to the service ends.
• By email: send a request from your registered email address, or quoting your registered mobile number, to hello@stamm.fit with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify that the request comes from you (usually by confirming details we already hold about your account) and then process it.

If you ask us to permanently erase your remaining data, we will do so within 30 days of verifying your request, except where we are legally required to keep certain records — for example invoices and payment records that must be retained for tax purposes. Where that applies, we will tell you which categories of data we must keep and for how long, and we will not use that data for any other purpose. We will confirm to you by email once your request has been completed.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you rejoin later, you will need to register again as a new user.

Changes to This Privacy Policy:

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
